Babysitting Service on Valentines Day

February 13, 2009

Hi Everyone,

Former SRRHS Student Rachel Surber and others from the Youth Group are going to be at the Christ Center Church on Valentines day from 5:00-10:00 to baby sit kids for $5.00 per hour, siblings just pay $3.00 additional per hour.

This is a fundraiser for the Youth of the Christ Center Church who want to go to Puerto Penasco over spring break and help at the local orphanage.

For those of you who do not know, Rachel started this project with her family as her senior exhibition, and it has morphed like crazy. She has graduated form college and the project is still going! She and others built a chapel and dorm rooms for orphaned kids in this remote area of Mexico, and ever since has been going down and building and spending time with kids. Now another Red Rock Student is doing this for her exhibition! They need funds for the trip and supplies for the kids.
